    do you literally mean you're only willing to do situps and pushups, or do you mean "with only bodyweight exercises" and since those two are the only such exercises you're aware of you thought them synonymous with "bodyweight exercises"?

    In that video TI is pretty skinny,i reckon you could get that look just through press ups.And for the six pack you need to do cardio and different ab exercises.
