Hi, I'm in the process of choosing my course for Uni (2017 entry), and I'm considering a joint honours in Politics and English Language and Linguistics at Kent University (https://www.kent.ac.uk/courses/under...nd-linguistics) Does anyone have any opinions on each subject, joint honours, Kent Uni etc? Literally anything is appreciated, I'm completely lost when it comes to applying, and have no idea how useful the degree would even be :-)

Pick a degree that interests you, not one you think will get you a job. If you look at this degrees' modules think "how interesting, I want to learn more about that" then go for it.
