    Mine are:

Seeing Barney (of New Order) sing Bizzare Love Triangle with the Doves at a small night club.

Seeing Blondie at the Manchester Apollo

Seeing Morrisey at Old Trafford Cricket Ground.

Why is it the only time I am truly 100% happy is when I am seeing bands?

I am quite happy at the moment but there is somthing about a band a live band. I would imagine its better than sex (if it was the right band).

The bombing of Baghdad - it was so beautiful. I almost shed a tear.

Because of the PC Liberal brigade we only get to bomb\invade an Islamic country once every 2 to 3 years - oh wait, we invaded Iraq last year. My my - it seems like yesterday. If only we could bomb another Islamic country this year

So far best moments of 2004 were leaving college and seeing Mary J Blige on the love and life tour

T in the Park running in close competition with my end of year party. I tend to maintain a fairly high average happiness anyway. I'm sure this year has plenty more to come.

It seems I am not the only one who gets extremely happy when good bands play then. It really does depend on the band and their synergy though. I saw New York Dolls (which are good band) at LLC ground at the same time as Morrisey and they didn't do anything for me at all. This was the conclusion of the press as it turned out.

I was quite happy at a university night out too.

Yeah, this year's been pretty boring for me too ...

January : Split up with gf + spent time hating exams
Feburary : Rejoiced at exam results
March : Can't remember, probably getting pissed
April : Bored (especially Valentines day)
    May : EXAMS. Grr
    June : Still exams
July : Summer - and it rains. Bah.

The rest of the year has to be better than this. Plx?

You managed to get one of his free pub gigs? I still haven't seen Badly Drawn Boy live despite him being one of my neighbours. I see him at least once a month out and about, but never seen him perform.

Seeing Orbital at T in the Park - it was one of those "I was there" moments.
In fact, the whole festival, plus seeing Supergrass earlier in the year, and winning tickets to see Badly Drawn Boy at a very small venue in York.
