Toys r us- Assesment day watch

    • Thread Starter

Has any one been to toys r us assesment day? What exactly do they do? Please, Please reply as soon as possible

    Thanks in advance

One of the things about assessment days is that they change them around quite frequently so that people can't find out what they need to do to prepare. Easy for me to say "prepare for the unexpected" but the whole point of assessment days is that they sort out those who have the skills already, or who exhibit that potential.

If someone posts what their assessment day was like and you prepare for this, and it turns out to be completely different, it will probably be even harder.

Try to be as positive as possible, and as assertive as you can without being overbearing or in people's faces. The best advice I ever had before going on assessment days was to listen more than talk. It is OK to hesitate and take time over decisions if they turn out to be the right ones.

    Good luck
