# Issac Physics problem help! Watch

1. Having some trouble with an Issac Physics problem!
https://isaacphysics.org/questions/c...rough_tube_num I keep getting 2.4 ms^-1 (The answer is supposed to be 1.9 ms^-1) By equating mgh = 1/2mv^2 I get to v^2 = 2gh But I get h as (2L + x -1) (The -1 comes from me finding the original length of CD as 1.)

Giving me v^2 = 2g(2L + x -1) which gives me 2.4 ms^-1...Any help?
2. Bumpidy boo!
3. It might be useful to ask yourself this:
what is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?
Spoiler:
Show
24 miles per hour or 11 meters per second.
