    Did you know, recording your thoughts and feelings in a journal daily or monthly is a great way to relieve stress, anxiety and unwanted emotions. That's right - it will genuinly improve your life and make you happier. So, if you don't already keep a diary, then it's definitely a good idea to start keeping one!

    I used to. but always ran out of pages because i'd ramble on and on. plus i could have swore that my sister secretly read it. so i stopped. now i relieve stress but talking online.
