So, basically i bought my Samsung s4 from my local merchandiser about 5 days ago and on the 4th day my phone froze on the lock screen and i am facing the same problem now. Apparently the screen is broken and needs to be replaced, however, there are no cracks/scratches on it since i have a glass screen protector on it.
I am just wondering if this issue goes under the Samsungs warranty.?
My Samsung warranty end by the end of this month
