    Hey guys,

I have recently taken to running on the treadmill, and I am running for a good 40-50 minutes on average.

However, I have come to realise that my trainers which I have been using for this past year for my spin class are completely useless on the treadmill, and usually leave my feet feeling quite sore- and the other day gave me a blister

I was looking for some recommendations for good trainers to wear for my treadmill workout. Any suggestions?

    Thanks!*

    1. run outside it is so much nicer

    2. go to a running store and get a fitting, it's expensive but you will be so much comfier with the right pair of shoes, try on lots of things and get what feels comfiest rather than what looks best

Are your shoes Lose? Also you can get gel pads to make running easier on your feet

Amen to going outside. I often run up to 80 miles a week in winter, the thought of running even a fraction of that on a treadmill fills me with dread.
