the first year i did but i didnt like the course so i failed it and left so i could redo my first year in another university and another course. but unfortunately, even tho i liked the course i had a really tough time there and couldnt pass the course in time due to some personal circumsntaces which affected my studies there. all this time i been using student loan and most of my friends said it would be fine to apply for another loan this year. would it be ok? i had extreme depression and i also have OCD, thats why i couldnt do all the work in time at that university, not sure if that helps or not with the loan?

You'll have to contact them but most likely that won't help at all nothing much will. Unfortunate as it is

Best thing to do is contact and explain

So really you have done the first year twice and failed twice/ you now want to go somewhere else?

You can make a claim to SFE about compelling personal reasons. its normally done through your uni. You cna contact SFE direct though and take their guidance. If accpeted they will disregard the year in terms of fees and still fund you for a degree length course elsewhere.

This gives a good overview of the procedure.

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
