    So charger goes pop, power goes off, now I don't even know whether to plug it back in or bin it. Probably just going to get a new charger.. Great.

    It went pop?!! That doesn't sound too good. It was probably a power surge (which means that your charger will not work too well or at all..). Was your device being charged at the time because your device may also be damaged?

    It was being charged, but i'm using it now. 40% left then back to my phone.

    Before it happened, my brother flipped the switch like 4 times, so i'm blaming him. Is that a cause?

    If it's usb, just pull the end off and suck the two prongs for a bit

    Once they're nice and lubed up, gradually slide them back into the little slots and put the tip back on
