Hey guys, I am joining DMU in September. I was looking for student accommodation as I think it would be best for me to live in halls (even though I am older than most) in order to meet new people. However, I was just wondering what the best accommodation is.... I used to go uni in Liverpool and my accommodation wasn't great purely because my halls had a concierge and I feel like they were very intrusive on my life. Anybody recommend any halls ? I would preferably like something that is close to the campus and the gym etc. On the flipside, I don't want to have to sign people in everytime I have visitors. Many thanks.
