That's great! I really recommend listening to Simon and Garfunkel - you're parents are bound to have heard of them, they are musical legends and are so famous.

If you have time listen to the Sound of Silence by them, it's beautiful. I've put some links in for you, one of them to original version and the other one is a live version of them singing it. I'd recommend listening to the original first though.

Please, please listen to it and let me know what you think.

Simon and Garfunkel are my favourite musical artists - I love them so much. I think Paul Simon's songwriting skills are fabulous and Art Garfunkel's singing voice is perfection. My favourite songs by them are Cecilia, The Sound of Silence and Bridge Over Troubled Water.

Kathy's Song is also one of my favourites, it brings tears to my eyes. Paul Simon wrote that song about a girl he fell in love with called Kathy Chitty while he was in England

I have heard that (well, I did not remember her surname lol). Interestingly Garfunkel's wife is also called Kathryn.

I think Garfunkel's voice is like liquid gold. It's a shame that he can't sing like he used to now though
