Hey, I'm studying WJEC A2 Media Studies and I need help with my research.

My question for my investigation is "How are women represented in demonic possession films, especially in The Conjuring and The Possession trailer and are women represented as an easier target to be possessed in these trailers?". I've done a bit of research of demonic possession but I don't know what other research methods I could use as well as what to mainly focus on.

I'm also thinking of writing a questionnaire but don't know what questions to ask. Please help, would be very helpful.

First off you seem to have two research questions. You may want to talk to your teacher about narrowing this down. Also think about what exactly you want to find out. For example, the second part of your question is more specific i.e are they an easier target? Think about who you want answers from to these questions and what you aim to achieve through this essay.
