    Played footy for the first time yesterday since like May.

    Whenever I do some activity after a period of inactivity I always get muscle aches the next day (thought it should be OK next time, think tis just my muscles 'waking up')

    Anyone know any good ways of solving this problem? The only 2 I can think of are having a hot bath or getting a massage.

    Any other?
