yeah twas good. although there was so much sweetcorn it was like sweetcorn with tuna.

yeah Iuse a big tin of tuna then it lasts two days!

i had that once as i accidently put too much sweetcorn in-it kind of fell out of the tin..lol

oooo tuna & sweetcorn is possibly my favourite sandwich combo :biggrin:

try putting some cheddar cheese slices in for a bit of variety as well.

i love those sandwich bar places which do you fresh sandwiches for about 2 quid- i used to trek down to one of those during lunchtimes to get one. i'd convince myself i was being healthy, even though i'd ask for loads of butter and mayo to be loaded on :tongue:

take a tin of tuna and a tin of sweetcorn drain put in a bowl and mix with a bit of maygonaise, the tuna increases concentration span and is healthy, with brown or white bread.


Low fat salad cream and brown bread, otherwise the 'healthy' part can be thrown out the window :smile:
