I started an accounting course in Jan this year at my local college, but i ended up quitting in May as it wasn't for me and they had screwed me around so much with direct debits/payments. I have since got myself onto the right course for me which starts in September, however, I have received a letter from the college asking for a full payment of the accounting course. I am now panicking as i dont have the money for both this course and the one im about to begin. What i am asking is what options do i have here and if there is any advice or information about their request. Thank you

What did it say on the paperwork when you first started the old course? As an example for my Masters degree it was clear when I started that full fees were payable if I stayed beyond the 31st October, regardless of whether I completed the course. If the paperwork says that you are liable for full fees then I'm afraid all you can do is get a job and maybe ask to set up a payment plan.*
