    Are there any?

I've heard talent is better at other London colleges.

I would like the traditional freshers experience , but I'm a little concerned others will be too focused on studying.

Ok be honest OP, how much did you pay them to accept you?

A good LSE offer holder would have his head in the books, not asking about distractions

LSE is in London, hence if you are studying at LSE you'll be studying in London. Don't go foraging for ladies but they will be there on campus and in the library but keep business and pleasure seperate and go out to Leicester square wherever and you will find members of the opposite sex who wish to have fun.

Being more chilled and relaxed and focused on your studies whilst keeping an eye out, as where you will notice them they are twice as focused with their eye on you, so don't ever assume they are not watching because they will. A good time to network and make those connections is the drinks after the evening public lectures so if you sit at the back and scan the room and you'll know who to talk to afterwards.

You will meet plenty of like-minded ladies on your course and what is more attractive than an evening talking about economics or history!
