    Hi

Just wondering if any of you suffer from having flam in your throat.

I constantly seem to have it in my throat and can get rid of this problem.

I always make an awful coughing noise trying to get it out and its very annoying.

Any ideas why I have it or how to stop it??

Haha, 'flam' is a drumming technique. I think persistent phlegm is meant to ease as you get older.

Might be a reaction to dairy products?
If I take milk or cheese I get phelgm, especially when exercising.

    roffle

It's also called catarrahsghghghg which is what I think is the sound of you bringing it up. I do love that there's a polite word for phlegm.
