    Gym for an hour 15 mins every morning and occasionally play an hour of football in the afternoon, with karate for two hours on Wednesdays.

    loads cos no car in the family and can't afford public transport so shank's pony it is.

    4-6 hours a week at the gym, and then 4-8 hours a week archery training, which can be count as exercise too.

    If you add up all the time I spend walking from the couch to the fridge and back, maybe 30 mins total

    4 times a week properly (1-4 hours cycling) but I don't drive so I also walk 30-60 mins most days to get about and do stuff
