I'm currently on a bulk and I was just wondering.
Say I hit the right amounts of protein everyday with efficient work outs and rests. However, I'll be hitting a normal amount of calories everyday. Will that be an efficient or inefficient bulk?

To bulk you need to be in a caloric surplus
