I am hoping to either study chemical engineering or electrical engineering at a Scottish University. I got a B in Nat 5 English and I'm unsure whether I really need to take higher English as I really don't enjoy it. Most of the Uni's websites I looked at say only a C at National 5 is required. I'm worried about how much my chances of getting into a engineering course will be lowered by not having done higher English. Any Advice?

If you meet the entry requirements you'll be fine.
