So I have been on a diet for 5 weeks now - 1000calories/day and I tend to burn 500 calories/day by doing insanity. I do not eat any junk and/or processed food.
Now, despite having lost 2 stones - my face is AS FAT AS IT WAS?! It is purely fat - not even chubby - and my face was extremely slim 3/4 years ago before I began to gain weight...
What am I doing wrong?
