Just over two years ago when I was 14 I was 11 stone and most definitely overweight.
Today I am hovering around 10 stone, partly due to me successfully going on a diet and partly because I grew, and I mean really grew. I had a growth spurt and I am now around 6 foot 2"....I also started gym two years ago and although I notice some gains I just can't seem to grow it at a noticeable rate. I am still growing quite fast now, would this be a reason why I struggle to put on muscle? Do I have to wait till i stop growing to be able to bulk up?
