Something is wrong but don't know where to get help Watch

Hello. Something is wrong with me but I don't know how to explain it. Whenever I think of speaking to someone about how I feel I realise I don't feel anything. I go blank but I don't know what to say. I don't think going to my gp is a good idea because I wouldn't know what to say. Since I don't have a good relationship with my parents I can't speak to them plus they won't understand anyway. So I am in quite a bad position.

If something is wrong, the best place to start is your GP. Before you go, write down a list of symptoms, your concerns, and any questions you have. Even if you can't find the words to explain it when you're there, you have the list. If need be, you can even just ask them to read the list and go from there. If it's something that affects you day to day, keep a diary that you can show your GP that shows what's going on. I'm sorry, but that's about all I can suggest without knowing anything. I hope you figure it out!
