You can lose weight without exercise, Oys 80% diet. just requires you to eat less so you are in a calorie deficit. Its more effective if you exercise.

Whats your medical condition? Normally most people can do some exercise even if its gentle walking.

You cant spot reduce so your stomach fat will come off, when it comes off and you lose weight from all over your body.

Fasting for a day is ok using soemthing like the 5:2 diet, but what you suggest seems you dont know what you are doing and may be unsustainable.

Better to learn about calorie control and nutrition so you eat the right amounts that will give you what you need, avoiding hunger and let you lose weight.

Don't starve yourself or skip meals. Set a calorie goal and try to stick to it, but don't go on a diet or restrict certain foods. Diets are temporary; permanent, long term weight loss requires changing your habits. Eat less carbs, more protein, less sugar, more good fats, but don't cut out stuff completely, rather just try to limit certain foods.

Also are your medical reasons for high impact exercises or all kinds? Walking gives almost the same benefits as running and burns a similar amount of calories, so maybe you can try that or low impact routines if thats something your body can handle. Speak to your doctor
