    Hi,

    I'm a 19 year old girl. I am 174 cm tall and I weigh 68 kg. I know I'm at a healthy BMI right now but I would like to lose more weight so that I can have a completely flat stomach. How much weight do you think I need to lose to get there?

    P.S. I want to be at a healthier weight right now and have more leeway to be heavier in my older years.

    It's not about weight. You would need to lower your overall body fat percentage through building lean muscle mass, mainly from cardio and weight training on your abs, as well as eating clean. People say abs are made in the kitchen. You might even put on 5kgs but this is lean muscle weight and so you will be fitter than before. Hope this helps
