So I struggle with acne scarring and it makes me so self conscious to show my back, shoulder and chest. Recently its been quite hot in England and I'm going to a festival soon and I don't want to be dying of heatstroke because I'm walking around with long-sleeved tops on, but just the thought of walking around with a short sleeved top on with my scarring and discolouration showing petrifies me. I get nobody at the festival will really care but I still worry about it. I don't know what to do.

If you really don't want to bare skin, could you wear lacey/net style tops, say a vest top and a lace top over it, or with lace sleeves?

If you really feel bad about it, there is the option to use laser treatment to reduce the scars. Or see if there are creams you can use on the scars to reduce appearance over time.
I want to say something though, how we perceive our flaws are often 100x more magnified than how others see them. Many people won't even notice your acne scars like you do, so go out and enjoy the sun
