i can't help but feel like a hopeless case atm.

i'm entering sixth form by the next school year and yet i have absolutely no idea where my future is headed. i'm awkward, shy introverted and so fricking incapable of independence. due to my shy personality and anxiety i don't really have a life out of school.

in fact i've made all my friends in school and don't attend any out of school clubs...i'm so stuck and feeling like it's too late to make a change with my being 16 already and everything.

i want to change but i have no idea where to start. how can i be more outgoing?

Volunteering when i was younger massively helped me my confidence, and you get a great feeling knowing you've done something good so i would recommend that. It's certainly not too late to change at your age

Thank you so much :") i've definitely given thought into volunteering but anxiety and fear hold me back every time. I'll for sure give it another try though- perhaps it's just the push i need to feeling more self assured. Thanks again for your reply and advice!
