When you mention a flutter in your chest, im wondering if its something to do with your heart maybe? Any family history of heart problems at all?

Maybe you need more sleep, it sounds like you are daydreaming and then suddenly snap back into reality too fast.

What kind of problems, it might be related.

I've had these weird feelings before and I'm wondering if anyone else has had them. Obviously they are nothing to worry about, I'm just interested. Firstly, when I was 13, I was walking out of school and I felt odd. It was as though I had been doing something without thinking and had only just realised. I then felt tingly all over. I had these sensations often and was quite worried. As I got older I had them less. It seems I only get it when thinking about it. I almost fell asleep in the library the other day and had it then. Maybe it's related to that.

When I was even younger, maybe 10, I had a flutter in my chest. I still get this but only a few times a year.

If anyone else has felt "odd" in any way or just wants to take the piss, please reply.

I've had it. When you're walking along and then you start thinking 'why are my legs moving?'

According to wikipedia the ancient greeks called it 'existential anxiety'.

I dunno if it's a girl thing but I get those kinda feelings too. Doesn't really mean anything as far as I know. I also get chills down my spine if I think about something like running or walking fast while out.

I don't think so - I'm male, and reading the original post was almost as though I had written it. I've never really worried about it before - the flutters have never seemed to have any detrimental effects on my general health, and I study creative writing, so I live in my own world half the time anyway :p: but this thread is starting to worry me now, making me think it's more than just me!
