    So here's the situation.

I retook some of my a levels this year (post yr 13).

Whilst UCAS will send my uni's these results will they also send them the results I got for modules I took in the year before which I didn't take this year (e.g C4).

I fear a situation happening where my C4 mark won't be in my overall maths a level this year because I didn't retake it this year and UCAS doesn't have that information this year around.

I did put my grades in for all my subjects last year but I don't know if I would have to send UCAS or my university my module mark for C4 this year around.

Why do you think they need it? If your exam entries have been done correctly and cash-in has been requested, your C4 result will be included by your examiner when they calculate your new overall maths grade that is sent to UCAS. As you included it in your original application, they will be aware of your module mark for C4 - if they are interested.
