Being in a relationship is definitely the best, as long as it's a healthy one.
People who say being single is the best are normally just jealous of others and the fact they don't have anyone at the moment

yeh i no that but when my friends are single they go on 18-30 holidays and spend almost everyday with groups of lads etc and i dont think that it would be fair on my boyfriend to say i was going on a girlie holiday then spend it with a bunch of single lads..

well why don't you say to them, let's go on a holiday to Spain or whatever and just get drunk and have fun, but not do an 18-30 single lads thing, lets just have a girly time. Are you happy in your relationship?

both have plus points.
Being single: you can be a bit selfish and do whatever you want without having to compromise for someone else, you can enjoy yourself and be a bit carefree. You can spend as much time as you want with your friends without feeling guilty.
In a relationship: you can enjoy mundane activities more because of the company you're in, you can go out and enjoy yourselves together and go home together at the end of the night. Always have someone to talk to and confide in and get comfort from.
I don't mind either - but I'm loving my relationship at the moment!!

I hated being single. I've now been with my boyfriend for 2.5 years and we're soooo happy, I never want to be single again
Having said that though, if the relationship turned bad then I would of course get out of it. Nothing worse than seeing these losers on Jeremy Kyle who stay in abusive relationships because they can't get along without a man in their lives.

Prefer being single - maintaining a relationship is too much hassle atm.

At the moment im having to say single its a lot easier and a lot more fun. Dont have to split your time between bf and friends etc specailly with a long summer its more simple.
