    Not that I know about sadly, I'm really sorry to hear about what happened to your mum but you might be able to claim back funding if you submit a Compelling Personal Reasons claim if your mums condition affects your university work

    Hello. I am very sorry to hear about your mum. I hope she makes a speedy recovery. TBH I doubt very much Student Finance would help. But contacting your local Social Security office, they might be able to offer you a payment from the Social Fund. BTW, if you are under the age of 18 I would contact Social Services and see what assistance they can provide, especially if there are other children at home.
