3. f3 seems a bit suspect. Black can play 3... dxe4 and if you recapture with 4 fxe4 then Qh4+ already looks like gg.

Hmm I thought it was incorrect or certainly at least abnormal. Bit annoyed to have opted for the rather ugly 14. ...c5 over the more positional and aggressive Bd4.
