Student finance giving me no money watch

    I applied to student finance but at first they didn't do it based on household income, so I had 9000 tuition fee loan and 3000 maintenance, I sent the form and evidence to be based on household income, however after this they put my account to £0 for everything
    I called up and they said it could be a processing error and sent a form to have it checked, but nothing has changed after a week, is there anything else I can do or how long would they typically take to change it
