I'm transferring into second year politics at Leeds...Admissions have told me that I'll chose my electives when I get there but I've read from numerous people on here, and heard from people I know there, that that isn't the case for everyone else. I'm worried I'll get stuck on crap courses

Does anyone have any idea who I should contact to double check it? Just sounds a little weird...

Usually you pick your electives (if you have any) before term starts online.

Not sure who you should contact but try Central Student Administration

    Here's their email address

Also this might be worth a read,

particularly this step-by-step guide to registering your modules
