You're The Boss : Old School Tie watch

  • View Poll Results: How much sway would a candidate from your old school or university have?
None - even if candidates were matched, it wouldn't matter
A little - if candidates were matched, I'd go with my alumni
Some - it would be something to consider
A lot - I'd go with my alumni unless other candidates were a lot better

Put yourself in the position, and answer honestly.

If you were an employer, and looking to take on someone new, if you had a couple of candidates and one had been to your school or university - how much sway would that have with you?

None at all, it would play no part even if the candidates were identical

A little, if the candidates were otherwise identical, I'd go with my homeboy/girl

Some, it would be part of the decision making process

A lot, I'd pick someone from my school/university unless other candidates were a lot better.
Are you going to a festival?
