    Hello people,

I decided to not post this anonymously.

    Problem:
I get stressed out extremely easily, even about vapid and meaningless things -- I dont think thats normal. That sometimes results in stomach aches, discomfort, nausea and no appetite.

What can I do against this? Any tips and tricks?

    Thanks.

Meditating regularly has helped me with anxiety, but I'm not 100% sure how effective it is on a general level - I think I've heard of some studies whose results have supported its effectiveness. Maybe try to meditate 2x10min every day for a week or so and see if it works for you? Hope you figure something out

I believe I've tried that in the past with some music, but I rarely find the patience to pull it off.

    Thanks though.

Are there any natural stress relievers that are not "medicine" in the classical sense?
