I have the same problem. My hands sweat all the time even when just typing, and no amount of anti-perspirant will stop my armpits sweating, which of course can be quite embarassing dependent on what I'm wearing.

You can get some stong anti-perspirants, which you put on at night, and then wash off in the morning. They are meant to be extremely effective, and can be bought from most chemists.

What deodrant are you currently using? I have found that Mitchum has been the best one to help prevent excessive sweating.
I have exactly the same problem, especially in my armpits, it used to be soooo embarrassing. Especially when some of my friend were like 'I sweat soooo much' and it was only a fraction of what I had to deal with.

I even tried the Mitchum stuff + loads of others and it made no difference cause it was so bad :s-smilie:

At the moment I'm using something called 'Odaban', and its amazing! You put it on at night, and wash it off in the morning. I can only buy it from my local chemist, but its so so good! I really don't know what I did without it! I havent had to worry about sweating in years

How long does a bottle of odaban last you?

The best thing would be to go to your doctor or local chemist and explain the problem. If you think you have hyperhidrosis, then you may want to visit this website.

Thank you for the advices

I think I'll try Odaban!!!

Just one more thing, I generally sweat all round, so that's my back and front, shoulders sometimes and then face as well. Is it the same procedure?

I used to use somethin called Driclor, this was like 7 years ago so it might not be around anymore but it was the same procedure, put it on at night and wash it off in the morning. It did help.

Erm, I'm not sure really, I've never really measured it, lol. It changed person to person really. For me its about a month and I half? Ish? I'm really not sure :s-smilie: As I've been using it, I've found I don't need to use as much as I used to. Though I do use abit more whenever it gets wamer xx

I use driclor under my arms, I used to sweat HEAPS but now its fine and i only have to put it on every 2 to 2 1/2 weeks! One problem is if you use it too often it may start to irritate you! But other than that its really good! Also, i have a feeling my body may be starting to get so used to it that its stopping to work as well :frown:, but i do reccomend it! it costs like £5 for a really small bottle but if you go to your doctor they should give u a perscription!

I also get palmer and planter hydrosis (hands and feet), but cant get driclor to work on them! Is there anything that works really well on hands and feet that anyone knows of?
You would be a lifesaver if u do coz its so awkward when people like high five me or shake my hand, and im so worried for when i get a boyfriend, what am i gonna tell him if he tries to hold my hand!?

HELP!

Yeah my mum mentioned that couple of days ago, I didn't know you could do that. But yeah if I ever had a sweat problem I'd Botox it up. But my palms sweat a lot.
Sweat it all out baby!
