I've joined the gym recently, I'm really struggling with leg day. As the title says I have tight leg muscles and bad flexibilty
I have been streching my legs inclusing my glutes, quads, calves and hamstrings but I still feel really tight
Can someone help me on how to develop proper squat form

Do you stretch properly before and after workouts?

There are lots of tutorials on youtube (another one I recommend here)

Crap. I mistook a word on the thread title for another unrelated yet somehow similar-sounding naughty word. What a waste of a speed dash coming in here...:ashamed2:

My main tip for improving flexibility for squats is to sit in squats. Like if you are watching TV, hold the side of the sofa and sit in as deep a squat as you can for 10mins every day. It's not especially enjoyable but it worked for me. Also foam roll, a lot
