Hello,

Is it compulsory as a european prospective postgraduate student applying for a postgraduate loan to send my passport or national id regarding the evidence I am asked to provide or could I send a copy of those with an official goverment stamp on them that certifies their originality?

Hi, we require you to send either your original EU passport or ID card we do not accept certified copies of these documents when applying for post graduate loans. Thanks

Do you know how much time is needed for the student finance to process and return the documents back?

Hi, it can take up to 6 weeks to return the id documents so we advised not to send these if travelling within 6 weeks. Thanks
