Work hard, manage your time well and stay motivated. Your teachers will be the best source of info about revision guides and start revising early.

I just got my AS results and I got an A in English Literature. My biggest tips would be read the books! I f you don't read these you will be at a huge disadvantage as you wont know where certain parts happen. Make sure you research into the context of the books as the new A-levels rely on this heavily. Apart from that keep yourself motivated and you will be fine!
    Good luck

English at A-level is all about hitting those assessment objectives so make sure you understand them and what each section and question in your exam are asking you to do.

There's diff tips and advice I could give you depending on what exam board you're with and if your exams will be open or closed (I'm unsure if you're referring to the separate A-levels or the combined English course).

Know a lot about context as it is important to understand when the text was written and received. Also terminology is important to learn so you can incorporate sophisticated analysis when writing about the authors' use of language and its meaning to your understanding.
