My uni wouldn't accept my provisional result online?!

I was informed by the university would not accept provisional result online.
My college(which I studied A-level with) told me I would only obtaining the official transcript after one month later. But will be really late due to the deadline of the university I've applied.
My undergraduate degree programme starts from 17 September. My place and accommodation should be confirmed before 7 September.
May I know that if there is any alternative to verify my result to my university?
Please help.Thank you!!
