Hello everyone! I searched around and noticed that Accounting and Finance at the University of Essex is in clearing. Does this mean that the course is not so popular meaning that there's a bigger chance of getting accepted on the course when it comes down to results day?

Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

A course being in clearing doesn't indicate much about an individual's chance of getting accepted. It could be in clearing because everyone who had it as firm tanked their A levels.

Hey I noticed something similar with both my insurance and firm choice. If a course is in clearing and I hold a conditional offer for the course do you think there's a higher chance of me still being accepted if I miss the grade requirements by a reasonable margin? This is asked more out of curiousity, and obviously piece of mind ^.^

Thank you for the reply. I guess I'll just have to wait and see, I'm so nervous though haha :shot:
