Hi guys, I solely made this account because I need to ask this question.
So, today I went to the optician to update my glasses and everything went fine. I told him that I wanted to be a pilot and he said my vision will be fine however, he then asked me to do the colour vision test and the results surprised me. I'm apparently slightly colourblind. He didn't give specific details as it was just a quick test but he referred me to City University to have a more detailed and accurate test. Will this severely affect my chances of becoming a pilot? I thought my colour vision was normal but I guess it's just the slightest variation in shades that I see a bit differently. Thank you
