    Hello,

I am an EU citizen holding an offer for an undergraduate course in London and I have applied for a loan. However due to financial problems I want to defer my entry by one year so I can find a job and earn money for my accommodation. I need to know whether I will still get a loan if I start next year, because otherwise I would never be able to attend a university in England. If I don't defer I may have big problems with paying my rent.
I know the EU loans are not 100% certain for the next years but could you tell me how much we know for now?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
We have no information at present on how the EU referendum will affect student support. We will be advising students of any changes made by parliament once we know about them so at this time it would appear that you would be eligible to receive EU funding as long as you meet the criteria and there has been no changes made to the EU funding. Thanks.
