Hello! I'm an EU student that applied to a postgraduate loan and I received confirmation by my national post office that the documents I sent as proof arrived last Saturday, the 13th, including my national ID card, which is kind of important, specially considering I have to travel to the UK in a month and need it.Could you let me know what is the usual waiting period for analysing the documents and returning them? The last documents the Student Finance sent me took 10 days to arrive.Thank you in advance!Ana

We advise that ID documents can take up to 6 weeks to be returned. If they are being returned abroad then they are returned by airmail which we do not have a timescale for which is why we advise not to send ID documents if travelling within 6 weeks. Its taking around 3 working days to process these documents. Thanks
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
