When is the right moment to make a move?

Over the last few days i have been in moments where i could of kissed a girl. Either i dont realise i am in these moments, or i never pluck up the courage to make the move. The worset part about it is finding out a day or so later that i had the change to and she was jsut waaiting for me to.
Seeing at it is meant to be us guys who take the step i usually find myself missing out. I am not normally a guys who goes about kissing all the girls i have only kissed a handful in my life.
Any handy tips?
What do you mean, tips? If you want to kiss someone, and they want to kiss you too, then do it. There's no fear of rejection if you know they want to kiss you as much as you want to kiss them.
Just kiss her!

How come you’ve two threads on this? ^o)

Here... and here...
Just kiss her slowly on the lips (no tongues) for like 10seconds,as a sort of test, then pull away, and see her reaction.....If she wants to be properly kissed it will become apparent..and the rest is easy

maybe the op means when is the right time to move his head/lips towards hers and kiss her? I guess you just gotta read the signs...try resting your head on hers when your watching a film or something. Basically try getting close to her and see how she responds. If she snuggles up to you and tries to get close to you aswell she might be inviting you to kiss her.
The right moment is when it feels right for you.
Just go for it, chances are it will be the right moment
Yeah, be spontaneous. But not forceful. Definitely don't ask if you can kiss her, it kind of ruins the moment or so I've heard

is it the same girl you keep getting in this position with? chances are she wouldnt let herself get in that position if she didnt want you to do it. i think who ever said about trying to get close to her has got the right idea!
