This happened to someone I know and I was wondering what fault is like.

Someone was on the back of someone's car and they fell off and got hurt. The driver was aware of the person on the back of their car.

    Who's fault is it?

Yep... who's idea was it for someone to be on the back of a car whilst it was moving? The only safe place would be in the car...
