I thought that the waist hip ratio, was just how proportionate your body was?

I don't know but it says that a healthy ratio is under 0.8
Hmm, but you could be healthy and have a really squarish figure, so that your waist is as big as your hips...

There was an article saying that Kelly Brook had the perfect body, because her body was perfectly proportionated.

Meh, I don't think you should use that to see whether you're healthy or not...as long as you know you are.
The waist to hip ratio isn't really an indicator of obesity as such. It basically assesses where your fat is distributed. Those who tend to put on fat round their tummy will have a higher value (above 0.8 I'm guessing) whereas those who put theirs on round the hips will have a lower value (below 0.8) Those who collect fat round their tummy rather than their hips are at a much higher risk of heart disease.

But saying as you're skinny, what's most likely is that you just have very very small hips which has thrown your ratio out.

Well I'm below the middle of the healthy weight range for my height, and mine was 0.8333', so I doubt it has much to do with obesity.

Maybe you just have small hips. Or you've measured wrongly.

You're almost definitely a fatty.
