I thought i would be unable to go to university this year due to reasons at home but i have now found out it's possible for me to go. I applied via UCAS originally to do fashion business but i feel an art foundation course will be better as i'm still unsure on what to do exactly..

do you think it will be too late for me to find a course starting this sept? do art and design foundation courses go into clearing?

I know which uni i would prefer to go to (exeter college) I have high grades and a good portfolio but i'm from the channel islands so i think i count as an international student.

Contact the college you are interested in and see if they have places left.

Is the course route A or B entry?

I emailed them earlier, i assumed it would be route B like most Art foundation courses but it says to apply through UCAS I'm hoping i still have a chance!

If you need to apply through UCAS, you'll have to wait until Clearing opens on A-level results day (16th August) and then you can phone the uni if they still have places. Vacancies are listed in the Independent and probably the websites of UCAS and the unis.
